I (we) agree to the Hanks Band Fair Share Agreement for the 2022-2023 school year. I (we) understand that even if my student becomes ineligible due to grades and/or quits, the fee cannot be reimbursed. I also understand that fundraising opportunities are available to help raise any additional funds needed.

2022-2023 Band Share Fee is $300 – Full Amount is Payable by August 1, 2022 Each additional sibling is $200 A 10% discount only applies if you are paying the total band fee during registration.

I choose the following payment option:

	Additional sibling	$200 @ registration
	Additional sibling	$175 @ registration

2.	2 Payments (1^st Payment due during registration and 2^nd payment by August 1^st )

	Additional sibling	$100 @ registration	$100 by 08/01/22
	Additional sibling	$75 @ registration	$75 by 08/01/22
