We have read and agree to abide by the policies set forth in the Hanks High School Band Handbook. As students and parents, we will do our best to uphold the principles, standards, and traditions of the Hanks High School Band. And realize that band is a year-round commitment. (August –June)

The Hanks High School Band students will occasionally have photographs taken for use in various published material, including newsletters, yearbooks, video, television, and our website. These photos will be used:

To advocate for music education
To highlight the activities and accomplishments of our students
To publicize and promote the Hanks High School Band

We need your permission:

To permit your child's picture to be used in print media
To permit your child's picture to be used in television/video media
To permit your child's picture to be used on the Hanks Band Booster Club's website

Thank you for your cooperation in helping the Hanks Band promote our kids and high school music.

"I give my consent to have my child's picture used in publication materials and to have their image presented in visual media promoting the Hanks High School Band. I grant to the Hanks High School Band, its agents, licensees and assigns, the right to use my child's likeness, photographic prints, sound reproductions, performance appearances, while attending any Hanks Band event, for promotional purposes. I understand I will not be paid any royalty or other compensation. By granting these rights, I release the Hanks High School Band and its agents, licensees and assigns from all claims, liabilities, and/or damages which may arise from such use."
